By using Leaderra ("the service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before submitting your lead data.

The service

Leaderra provides AI-powered lead qualification. You submit leads, we qualify them and return a report. The free batch covers up to 20 leads. Continued use beyond the free batch is subject to a service agreement.

Your data

• You retain full ownership of any lead data you submit to us.
• We use your data solely to provide the qualification service.
• We do not sell, share, or use your lead data for any purpose beyond delivering your report.
• By submitting data, you confirm you have the right to share that data with us.

Accuracy

Our AI-powered qualification is based on available signals and our scoring framework. Results are intelligence outputs to assist your outreach decisions — not guarantees of lead quality, conversion, or approval. Final decisions remain yours.

Acceptable use

• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not submit data you do not have the right to share.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate the Leaderra scoring methodology.

Limitation of liability

Leaderra is provided as-is. We are not liable for any business outcomes resulting from the use of our reports. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
